Delivery & Collection
We offer local flower delivery throughout Northampton and the surrounding areas, as well as collection from Cottonbuds Florists.
Local Delivery
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Simply enter the recipient's delivery details and choose an available delivery date when placing your order.
Same-Day Delivery
Need flowers today? Same-day delivery is available on selected products when ordered before 1pm, subject to availability.
A small additional charge of £2 applies to same-day delivery.
Orders placed after the 1pm cut-off will be available for delivery from the next available date.
Choosing Your Delivery Date
Our flowers are freshly prepared to order, so availability depends on the arrangement you choose.
Same-Day FlowersSelected arrangements can be ordered for delivery the same day when ordered before 1pm.
Next-Day FlowersOur funeral flower range requires a minimum of one day's notice.
Made-to-Order FlowersSelected arrangements require at least 2 days' notice to give our florists enough time to source and prepare your flowers.
The available dates shown when ordering your chosen product will reflect the notice required.
Sunday Delivery
We don't normally deliver on Sundays.
Sunday delivery may occasionally be made available for key occasions, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or Christmas, where the occasion falls on a Sunday. Availability will be confirmed on the website at the time.
Collection
Prefer to collect? Collection is also available from Cottonbuds Florists. Simply select Collection at checkout and choose from the available dates.
We'll prepare your order ready for collection on your selected date.
Bank Holidays & Christmas Closures
Our opening and delivery dates may vary over Christmas, bank holidays and other special occasions.
We are normally closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27 December and New Year's Day. Any additional closures or changes to our usual delivery schedule will be displayed on the website.
Flower Availability
As we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, all products are subject to availability. Occasionally, we may need to substitute a particular flower or variety depending on seasonal availability.
Where substitutions are necessary, we'll always aim to maintain the overall style, colour palette and value of the arrangement you've ordered.
